Make YOUR child’s birthday unforgettable with Ramblin’ Dan’s Freewheelin’ Band! Our many talented musicians have performed at 1000’s of Birthdays, Classes, Parties and Kids' Events and are known around New York City by bloggers and parents alike as THE BEST children’s musical act on the NYC scene.
Whether it’s Ramblin’ Dan himself or one of our amazing and experienced “Bandleaders,” we will entertain ALL your guests, not just the kids! Our high energy and engaging shows are driven by our entertainers’ skillful musicianship and their playful, engaging and dynamic personalities. Our musical range includes Rock N Roll, Reggae, Funk, Hip Hop, Folk and Bluegrass, pulling from classic pop hits old and new, fun versions of well-known kids' songs and Ramblin’ Dan’s very own original kids' music. We even send all clients a list of songs, so you can choose the songs YOU want to hear.
During your party, we will get the kids moving, dancing and laughing (you ought to hear our animal impersonations!), and we will bring lots of instruments for all the kids and adults to jam along. Every 2-3 songs we will hand out new instruments to help keep the kids engaged with new things to play with and explore.

For parties of different sizes and budgets, we offer either one-man band performances with a guitarist or you can also add drums and/or keyboards. Set lengths can be either 30 or 45 minutes.

Please Note: Prices Vary Depending on Location.

As we are based in NYC, our prices are the lowest there because we have the most bandleaders there, and it is easy for them to travel from one party to the next quickly. If your party is not in Manhattan, please know the prices are probably slightly higher than the following. We’re always happy to provide a quote for any location. We do parties often in Jersey, Westchester, Long Island and CT!

Ramblin' Dan does a limited amount of parties himself, but his prices are considerably higher than the Bandleader prices, so unless you have very strong preference to have Dan at your party we recommend booking one of our amazing bandleaders for the prices above.
